New perspectives in global health
Perhaps at no other time in our history has so much scrutiny been aimed at health care in the context of our global world. This HMI World Forum takes a look at three major issues that have significant import for global health in general and for the health of individual nations of people: the emergence of powerful new players in global health, the worldwide shortage of health care workers, and medical tourism in emerging health care systems.
